EcoBallast is a newly developed, environmentally friendly antifreeze with a sophisticated corrosion inhibition system created by Novamen Inc. The material is non-toxic, non-hazardous and non-corrosive. The product has been freeze tested for stability and the fluid retains the ability to be easily pumped, even at -40º Celsius.

Ener-Kleen CD is a state of the art, environmentally safe, highly concentrated biodegradable Cleaner & Degreaser that allows for rapid penetration of all types of soil and is suitable for any surface not harmed by water.

Offering ethylene glycol in various grades and quantities, Novamen can specially tailor the right blend of glycol, deionized water, inhibitors, and dyes for all standard EG applications. Specialist inhibitors such as Novatherm IEG, a heat transfer fluid, can be added to the glycol upon request.

NovaCool is an Organic Acid Technology (OAT) coolant/antifreeze formulated to protect diesel engines from liner pitting and corrosion. NovaCool meets heavy duty Extended Life Coolant specifications including Caterpillar EC-1, Detroit Diesel, Cummins and other heavy-duty diesel engines.

NovaFrost is a clear, colourless liquid with the consistency of syrup. It is practically odourless and tasteless. It is hygroscopic (attracts water), has low toxicity and outstanding stability, low vapour pressure and broad solvency. Propylene glycol lowers the freezing point and increases the boiling/flash point of water.

Nova P-51 is a concentrated high performance product for general purpose equipment cleaning and degreasing. It is used to remove road film and light oil/grease from mobile equipment or vehicles in heavy equipment shops, truck and car washes. Safe to use on all metals when used at recommended concentrations.

NovaSeal is designed specifically for the control of airborne dust at coal and petroleum coke facilities or wherever the control of airborne dust is required. The product is normally supplied in a freeze conditioned form but it can also be supplied with no freeze conditioning for summer applications.

NovaSol HD is a heavy-duty solvent-based cleaner and degreaser. It is designed to remove heavily soiled hydrocarbon foulants like oils, greases, bitumen tar, waxes, and cokes while effectively cutting through external environmental contaminants such as soils, mud, road film and natural tars. The product’s effectiveness as both a cleaner and degreaser makes it a single step process for removing even the toughest grime and oils.

NovaSol T101 and T102 are ready-to-use heavy duty solvent-based degreasers. They quickly dissolve petroleum based contaminants such as tar, oil, grease bitumen, and asphaltene; they dry slowly and rinse freely. NovaSol T101 and T102 are made from biodegradable surfactants, are deodorized and phosphate free.

NovaTherm is chemically engineered using an inhibitor package containing phosphate, for ferrous metal protection, boron to maintain the reserve alkalinity at acceptable levels, and the non-ferrous metal inhibitor tolyltriazole for corrosion protection in an ethylene glycol base when used as an Industrial Heat Transfer Fluid.

NovaTherm ITEG is a colourless, slightly viscous liquid with a mild odour. It has lower volatility and higher boiling point than ethylene glycol, making it ideal where higher boiling points are required. It is commonly used in heating loops, boilers, reboilers and as a dehydration agent for natural gas.

Propylene glycol is often used in applications where environmental sensitivity is required and ethylene glycol is not recommended. Propylene glycol is widely employed in numerous industries. It has a wide range of practical applications; therefore, Novamen carries a variety of different grades, blends, and delivery methods to cover the entire propylene glycol market.

Q7  is a highly concentrated, specialized blend of application-specific bacterial cultures selected to degrade municipal, food processing and high fats, oils and grease waste.

Q7  offers an extremely effective solution for the constant challenge of suspended solids, BOD’s, COD’s, sludge, malodours, organic build-up and high levels of fats, oils and greases in wastewater treatment applications.  Q7 is readily biodegradable and safe for users and the environment.

Rydall CC is a biodegradable Coil Cleaner specifically designed to clean the toughest dirt, grease and soil residues from air-exposed surfaces of critical cooling or heating equipment.
